As you are planning to do MBA advisable would be that you should completely focus on your B.Com so that you can get a high score on that which will help you could easily sit for MBA Entrance Examination. You can pursue Diploma in Management Studies of University of Mumbai. It is a part time evening course of 2 years duration and covers most of the subject of MBA. It will also help you to understand whether MBA is your aim or not. Alongwith this, you should also start preparation for entrance exam like Maharashtra CET for MBA and MCA, MAt and CAT -
If you mean courses to enhance your profile and hence get admission in top notch MBA colleges, I would suggest you to do NCFM modules if you are interested in finance or Brainbech/Expert-rating certifications for others like HR, Operations etc.
