I'm doing a job after completing my Diploma in survey engineering. How can I continue my higher study? I don't want to leave my job.

There are few colleges those who provide the facility for the working students to continue with their work. So, you have to find the colleges who will allow you to work. The fact is that you have to pay them extra rather than your admission fee.

Keep your will to study and gain more knowledge. If you want to do graduation in engineering but not regular then AMIE ("Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers") is a good option for you.
