I m doing B.bom & this is my last year. I want to do "Mass Communication", Can i do PG in "Mass Communication" after b.com...???

M really confuse about its field, i mean which field suit me best.I want to give an entrance exam of AMU(Aligad muslim univ..), AJK Mass Comm, & IIMC for PG in Mass Com. M also wanna know abt dif b/w "PG" in mass com, "M.A" in mass com & "M.sc" in mass comm respectively. I need an expert advice.
