I'm doing B.Com after doing M.Com and by clearing NET, can I become a lecturer?

    Yes, you can. You can apply for NET exam after 1st year in M.Com.

    Yes, you can be a lecturer/ assistant professor after doing Masters and clearing the NET exam.

    You must have completed B.Com earlier than M.Com. After M.Com, you can appear for NET in commerce and then if you qualify, then you have chance of becoming assistant professor in UGC-approved colleges.

    Hello Hema,
    Yes, you can become a lecturer after qualifying UGC NET Exam. But, you have to score minimum 55% aggregate (for General) or 50% aggregate (for SC/ST/PwD/OBC) marks in M.Com. To apply for UGC NET Exam. You can appear for UGC NET according to your Master's subject. There is no restriction on age limit and number of attempts for the exam.     After clearing NET, you are eligible to get admission in good reputed institution for person with Ph.D, and yes for university level, lecturer they would consider you NET score as well as the value of your institution from where you had completed your Ph.D degree. Thank you.

    When you will qualify NET after Post Graduation, then you can become lecturer or assistant professor in a university or college.
