HI, naman as you are in final year so after jst completing this course youcan join pg diploma course in culinary or in h.m which will help you alot to be a chef

As per your query pursuing undergraduate degree in hotel management would be the best option for you.
While pursuing this course you may do specialization in:
- Front office.
- Food and beverage services.
- Food and beverages production.
- House keeping.
The duration of this course is 3 years, and in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
You may also consider pursuing diploma course in cooking.

For becoming chef you have have to do Bachelor's of Hotel Management.If you really keen to do it than you can give entrance exam which is conducted by IIHM,Pusa every year.IIHM is the best institute for BHM.
