I'm doing b.com(p) right now. I wish to change my stream after grad. I'm interested in mass comm. & journalism. what should i do?

I'm doing b.com[P] from DU. Its my 2nd year. I'm really interested in the field of mass comm. & journalism. Please, enlighten me that what I should/ can do after my grad.? Is BJMC possible after b.com OR one has to do masters in journ. & mass comm. OR a diploma course? Please guide me regarding this
