Well based on your prior education background of Computer Science, I would say that you can opt for certifications in the domain of Networking like CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or you may opt for JAVA, J2EE, Digital Signal Processing, VL

As per your information you are are a student of B.Sc. computer science final year. For get a technical job you must do some short term course like SAP, ERP etc. After completion of B.Sc.(C.S.) you must do MCA. It is good for your carrier.
