I'm doing BBM and also want to pursue another degree with it from any open university in India. Is it possible?

No, I think there is no possibility of doing dual degree at a time. It would be better if you take it after completing it. But even if you get admission in any open university you may face some problems regarding admission, exams, dates, etc.
