i m doing BCA after that i want to do MCA and good job also please suggest me how can it possible by a regular course.

I would suggest you to prepare well and clear entrances like IIT-JAM or NIMCET and get into IITs or NITs for MCA. These colleges more of less register 100 percent as well as quality placements.
