Representing the next higher educational degree after engineering, it takes the engineers to the higher and more specialized levels of technology. After M.E, an engineer, if he / she wishes, can go for a doctorate, which has a big demand in the areas of research and administration in the field of technology with highly lucrative pecuniary rewards and more gratifying work ethic and culture. An MBA degree is generally considered the best possible option for a graduate of engineering in the professional sector and the sooner it is acquired after B. Tech or BE, the better it is for him / her. An engineering graduate along with an MBA degree straightaway starts his career in an organization from the position of a manager. The career growth is much faster and many surveys also show that the pay package is exponentially higher. A fresher engineering graduate pursuing MBA without any work experience will never work in engineering field again. Besides, unless you do MBA from top-50 B-school, it won't give you advantage in any case. Freshers follow three paths;1. They go for job 2. They pursue MBA. 3. They pursue M.Tech/MS All the career decisions are right, it only depends upon individual liking and choice.
