    Hi,
All the good B-school and universities across the globe requires minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, plus most of the universities in US and Canada requires 16 years of education for Masters program.
Universities in UK accepts 15 years of education, plus there are many universities which offers MBA to students with no work experience.
Most of the universities require GMAT score of 500 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
I hope this answers your query.
