Hi,
As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing Bsc and your long term goal is to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA.

First of all I don't understand, the reason for MBA if pursuing BSc. Why not pursue further in M Sc? If it is decided later on, then it all depends on your apatite for the subject. HR / IT / Marketing / Finance / Operations / Project management / International Business etc. The field, which suits yo
