I'm doing BSc(IT) through distance ed.(KSOU) ..can I join to BE or BTech in Electronics or electrical.. Will any university permit that..??? probably with some extra subjects ?? I want a branch change from IT to Electronics..and I want to do engineering..

Distance learning bachelors degree is not preferred by many Institutes. You will have to check with concerned Institutes.
