I'm doing diploma in mechanical engineering but after second year I got drop. And now I'm confused what to do.. Help me please

The two specializations are quite different from each other. Mechanical Engineering deals with building physical systems. AI on the other hand, builds systems reliant on codes. AI offers faster growth and high paying salaries. Mechanical Engineering also offers good salaries but it is more stable.
