Being a govt. employee, without obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your department, you can not pursue the regular LLB course. However, if your employer is permitting for the same than you can pursue the regular LLB course after sanctioning of higher study leaves for three years. Further higher study leaves can only be availed after the successful execution of service bond.
