After graduation try to join in any ias coaching centre. It will take time to pass exam, but be patient and try for it and reach your goal.

For cracking civil services examination, the type of graduation does not matter. For success you will have to develop deep understanding in subjects of your choice. Lot of successful IAS appear in Political Science. If political Science is your strength area then it is advisable to take it as a subject for Civil Services examination.
