i m doing M.Sc. pre. in CS in Raj. from MGSU. as a "regular" student ,can i also give 12th board "private" exam with it? is it legal?

i want to do 12th private in sense of trying in comp. exam bcoz i'd cleared my 12th with PCB but i want 12th PCM degree i cant leave my M.Sc. also so plz reply me can i get two degrees one regular & one private in the same year according to rajasthan edu. law???
