You can go for management line this is good for you because you have work experience in this line , you also have to fo execute MBA for a good growth in this line

As u said u are pursuing mca , so you can go towards IT .There are lot of openings in IT/ITES. You can even try out for some jobs where Admin experience is required in IT companies.
