Yes you can pursue regular MBA, after completing your B.com from correspondence.
In order to pursue MBA you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
Plus you need to appear in various management entrance tests like: CAT, MAT,XAT etc.
