I'm doing my B.sc in Comp.Sc (Agr:75) and i got 79% in 10th. But i got only 49.66% in PU2nd . M i eligible to write WASE?

I'm doing my B.sc in Comp.Sc (Agr:75) and i got 79% in 10th. But i got only 49.66% in PU2nd . M i eligible to write WASE? Or 50% + is must and should in P.U? What are the other same type programs to do higher education like MS with comfortable salary and yes (of course with my P.U results)?
