I'm doing my B.Sc in physics & want to do MBA after that. Can I do i? Will there be any disadvantages for me? Am I eligible for IIMS or IIT?

Yes, you can do MBA in any stream that you want. There is no disadvantage, as you are doing it after B.Sc. And yes, you are eligible for IIMS also. For that, perform well in CAT exam.

Yes, you are eligible for MBA in IIMs and Masters programme in IIT. However, the admission criteria are different. Both of these courses follow different entrance tests & conditions. Please visit the respective institute's website and get an understanding of their requirements.
