I'm doing my BE ECE in Chennai under the affiliation of Anna University and want to study abroad for MS, can you suggest some options?

Can you suggest some countries to study which are affordable ones? I want to get into software and IT stream. Can you guide me the best course?

For MS abroad, you need to appear for GRE according to which you will get best university. You can apply for German Universities whose tuition fees are negligible and you can also work to earn daily expenses by working 20 hours in a week. Other options are Canada, New Zealand etc. Thanks.

If you score well in GRE then you can also get a scholarship from the universities. There is another exam on basis of which some of universities give you admission, that is IELTS exam. Kindly know the details about this exam on google.
