Yes you can. And for your profile, MICA would be a very good college. Go for it.

It is for media and communication. I assumed you may have an interest in writing or speaking, you know this sort of stuff. Most of English (Hons) graduates have. So, for this purpose, MICA is like IIM-A for finance.
