I'm doing PGDM (evening-3 yrs)course from a reputed institute of Delhi and it is AICTE approved but yet not AIU. It is in a process to get that affiliation.But in that case, is it possible for me to do Ph.d in Human Resource? Which University will be good to take it ahead & what will be the process?

Hi Suchi, As you are doing PGDM program which means a Post Graduate Diploma so, it seems difficult that you would be able to take your studies further on the basis of this as PGDM is a diploma programme where as for doing PhD you need to have a Masters degree through a University recognized by UGC.
