I'm doing UG B.Sc. IT 1st year at distance education, in future, can I get admission to study M.Sc. IT regular class? I'm 26 now.
If I finish M.Sc IT, my age will be 30, am I eligible to get the opportunity for a job in the software field. Please provide suggestion?

You won't face any major issue with respect to jobs. Job depends on your skills. And if you can outperform any other candidate, then the job is yours. But generally recruiters often prefer regular candidates, but that does not amke a major difference in your opportunities.
