Dear Sayed, you should opt for M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering after your BE. Being ET student most suitable branch or specialisation for you will be Avionics or Navigation and Controls. Avionics covers all electronics Systems of Planes,Satellite and Space Shuttles. Avionics= Aviation Electronics
