HI Ankit, Being an Education Consultant, I am happy to SEE your marks expectation in JEE Main Paper 2. So, I suggest you to take admission only in any premier institute. Being a resident of Jalandhar City, I am well aware of LPU and I strongly recommend you to take admission in LPU. Although LPU requires NATA but With my best of my knowledge you can get an Admission in B.Arch in LPU. Programme Details
According to me their eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and English must be studied as a subject. Along with this a candidate must have 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics separately

That's good if you are expecting this much in JEE exam. Next, I would like to mention that choose that institute/university which is COA approved because the programme requires such approval. Last year one of my niece was interested to take admission in B.Arch and after lot of inquiry we finalised LPU because of the following:
    #COA Approved courses
#School of Architecture that provides differential programme outcome from basic to the advanced one
#School offers Core Courses, Supporting Courses, Skill Development Courses, Management Courses, Elective Courses
#The curriculum is benchmarked against the most renowned institutions of the world
    #

If you are a general category candidate then you may not get NITs or SPA. Go for state level counciling for government colleges or go for private colleges.

Being alumni of LPU, I recommend LPU for this programme. LPU is recognized by COA. LPU is amongst the Top 5 Schools of Architecture, Design, and Planning disciplines in India and the top 100 schools globally by 2025 by becoming a Center of design excellence in Academics, Consultancy, and Research. LPU School of Architecture and Design is among Punjab's best colleges and ranked among the top ten promising architecture institutes of India by Higher Education Review. In an era of smart cities, sustainable buildings, and contemporary interiors, we train our students to become lateral thinkers by focusing on the critical design approach.
