HI Ankit, Being an Education Consultant, I am happy to SEE your marks expectation in JEE Main Paper 2. So, I suggest you to take admission only in any premier institute. Being a resident of Jalandhar City, I am well aware of LPU and I strongly recommend you to take admission in LPU. Although LPU requires NATA but With my best of my knowledge you can get an Admission in B.Arch in LPU. Programme Details
According to me their eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and English must be studied as a subject. Along with this a candidate must have 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics separately

At LPU, You must be pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Pass with 60% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent. Admission Criteria is: Merit prepared with weight age of 50% marks for aptitude tests NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II) and 50% marks in the qualifying examination. If you are a general category candidate then you may not get NITs or SPA. Go for state level counciling for government colleges or go for private colleges.
