Hello Chetan, There is not shortcut to creative career. To become good cartoonist, you may do some fine art course of 6 month or even join IIT, IDC for PG in Design related segment. Do note that there are lot of programs in Visual Communication, 2d and 3d animation where you could learn sketching

I also request you to study the works of RK Laxman, Abu Abraham and those in your local language to learn to give a punch with your language. It is not simple drawing and it needs acute thinking which you have to think of to build up your career.
