I'm from arts stream, if I get 95 percentile then will I be able to get top 7 IIMs?

No, you can't as until you belong to reserved category as in the general category the percentile should not be less than 98 to get into these top IIMs. So, choose wisely.

Hello, 95 percentile in the CAT is a slightly low score to expect getting into any of the old IIMS. A score of 98 percentile and above should be sufficient to get an interview call. Good luck.
