I'm from Assam. I have given the betterment exam of Chemistry for 12th. Does NTA accept the marksheet in counselling?

I'm have given the exam from State board of Assam. And many people say that if I give betterment exam for only one or two subjects, the Counselling authority doesn't accept the marksheet in counselling.
