    No, it's not possible to get admission here. You can try for some other colleges. All the best.

    Hans Raj college is affiliated with University of Delhi, therefore admission criteria is based on entrance exam and merit screening. Academics percentage is really important, it may not be possible for you to get admission here. Moreover you should try for other opportunities for the same.
