i m from Faridabad. i want to learn French .I m planning to go for certificate course frm IGNOU.is it good & valid or any other institute?? plz reply. i have done M.Com & B.Ed., woking as a school teacher.should i join certificate course from IGNOU???????

When you are talking about learning a language, you should be able to communicate comfortably in that language. This is how you will be assessed. You can look at doing your certificate course from IGNOU
