i m from Faridabad. i want to learn French .I m planning to go for certificate course frm IGNOU.is it good & valid or any other institute?? plz reply. i have done M.Com & B.Ed., woking as a school teacher.should i join certificate course from IGNOU???????

YEAH REALLY u can get more information from IGNOU Lucknow center. and you can select any private institute along taking admission in IGNOU. IT'LL BE BETTER.....
