I'm from history, economics & geography back ground. Will there be reduction in the percentage?
I want to take political science (hons.) in Hindu College.

No there is no percentage reduction. The admission is merit based on the basis of your 12th standard best four percentage. You get the college if you meet the requirements of college as every college vary in their cut-off for each subject.
