If you are willing to study abroad, then I will suggest you crack GMAT, this will create a huge choice for the colleges country wise.

I feel, there are no cheapest countries and the cheapest university. Every university has its own value and recognition, as Hritwik Anand suggested GMAT yes it is the best option to study MBA abroad, depending on the score you will have various options to study country wise.

This number is essential for your visa application and is valid for six months.
Prepare Required Documents and Funds
Gather all the necessary documentation to prove your eligibility:
- A current, valid passport.
- Your CAS number.
- Proof of funds: You must show you have enough money to cover your first year's tuition fees and living expenses. The current requirements are a minimum of £1,334 per month for courses in London and £1,023 per month for courses outside London, for up to nine months.
