If you are willing to study abroad, then I will suggest you crack GMAT, this will create a huge choice for the colleges country wise.

I feel, there are no cheapest countries and the cheapest university. Every university has its own value and recognition, as Hritwik Anand suggested GMAT yes it is the best option to study MBA abroad, depending on the score you will have various options to study country wise.
