6 years agoHello Pranjal, This Vaishnav Vidyapeeth has been granted the status of deemed university in 2015. So in this perspective, it's not a very old establishment but then this could well be an advantage for the Institution. This is so because it will not get bogged down by some old ideas and prevent new ideas from springing up. Honestly, going for CSE at Chandigarh University with your score sounds like a solid choice. I'm saying this because CU has become a hub for tech placements and internships, and the environment is pretty competitive in a good way. Your 88 percentile in JEE Main could also land you a scholarship, which is a big plus—you might save up to 50% on your semester fees depending on your exact AIR.
From what students share, CU has modern labs, coding clubs, hackathons, and even international exposure programs. That kind of ecosystem really helps if you're serious about building a career in CSE.
