I'm from Malaysia. Is it possible for me to get admission in any B.Sc courses in the Govt. University in India since I completed my Diploma?
I've completed Diploma in biotechnology with 75%.

Yes! You need to clear any national level entrance exam to get selected. Universities like Panjab University, JNU have a international quota. You can apply through that.
