I'm from tamilnadu.i got 70 marks in jee main, belongs to ST category, 82% in +2 stateboard. can i get seat in NIT?

With 70 marks, you may try. You can try in other colleges, such as :
-Ansal Institute of Technology
-Applied College of Management and Engineering
-Amity University
-AMC Engineering College
-Tezpur University
