I'm from Telangana & did my BBA from Kalinga University. Now, I've to apply for IAS, am I eligible to apply with this university degree?

    Yes, surely you are eligible now. There is not much in the eligibility criteria for civil services exams.

    Yes, you are eligible to apply for MPSC UPSC (IAS) as you have completed your degree. You can definitely apply for the competitive exam. I hope this will help you.
