I'm getting food technology and engineering at Tezpur University but I want civil engineering branch, can I upgrade my branch there?
If I can change branch, what will be the GPA needed and is it tough to do that?

As you are getting food technology and engineering in Tezpur University, so you should go for this college. Yes, you can change the branch, if you perform well in the college exams. You need to score above 8.5 CGPA to change your branch.
