i m giving my 12 boards in PCM nd IP .i am really intrestd in programming and computer languages.What course should i do after 12?

sir..i am confused in B.tech ,BCA as i am intrsted in computers and am a good student always getting 80+ percentage.. also i dont know how to apply for BCA ..is there some competitive entrance exam to clear? i want to go either to delhi or banglore. plz inform me with best colleges in both cities
