HI Aditya, MSc in Acounting in Finance is a very good subject. But being a BTech and not having sound knowledge of Accounts and Finance subject it will be difficult for you to follow it as Masters level. So in my opinion you shouldn't opt for it. You can go for MBA, as all graduates are eligible to
