I'm going to appear for MBA CUET PG exam. Do I have to choose any subject combination or do I just have to give Coqp 12?

If you mean 200 marks in JEE Main, that score should make you eligible to apply, subject to meeting the university's Class 12 requirements. Galgotias University gives preference to JEE Main scorers in its B.Tech merit process, rather than specifying one mandatory JEE score.
