I'm going to appear for MBA CUET PG exam. Do I have to choose any subject combination or do I just have to give Coqp 12?

Yes, you can have a chance of getting admission to Galgotias University with a 200 score, but it depends on the entrance exam, course, and your eligibility. For many programs, admission is also based on merit and course-specific criteria, so a 200 score does not automatically mean rejection.
