I'm going to complete my Bachelor degree in biochemistry (3 year course). Will I be able to apply for foreign universities for PG?

    Some of the foreign universities allow you to join PG course with one year of additional courses. Search the websites of those universities and ask from them too.

    No, for foreign universities, you need 16 years of formal education, you can apply after doing M.Sc.
