I'm going to complete my Diploma in engineering (pursued after 10th) this month & want to apply for IIT next year. Am I eligible for IIT?

Yes, you are eligible but you have to crack the entrance exam of JEE Mains and JEE Advanced and your 10+2 marks should 90+.
