i'm graduate and i want to do b.ed from rohtak but can i do b.ed in this year (2012-2013)

i'm graduate and i want to do b.ed from rohtak but actually i can't fill up admission form this year 2012-2013. now this march can i save this year. mujhe isi saal me b.ed karna hai mera yeh saal waste ho jayega. please give me suggestion.
