If you want to make career in chemistry or physics or math then BSC(h) is good course , if you want to make carrer in engineering or development line or want to become an engineer then Btech is good course , after BSC you can do mastry in chem or physics and in this if you go in research field then

Dear Shubham Go go for B Tech from a good govt college.It will help you to build a carrier earlier.B Sc (Hon) is also a good degree but for that you have to struggle more after B Sc from point of building a carrier.good luck
