i'm have just finished with my 12th(science) and have thought about doing pharmacy....but some people tell that it is not that good job..

so i thoght about doing BE as i wanted to do an MBA later on so.....which is better engineering or medical...and i'm also money minded...so please let me know which is the highest salary job??? i'm in a dilemma whether to do medical or not...please advice....
