I'm having 10+yrs experience in IT but my education is Distance can i go abroad with the Web Designer profile. If yes, kind of visa's ?

My education B.Com Distance from AU and MBA Distance with lots of Diploma's (computer aided courses) I didn't get any Oppurtunites for Abroad jobs. My Profession is UX/UI/FrontEndDevloper/WebMaster do I qualify to fly overseas.
